Privacy Policy

FixMySchema is a product of AEOBRO LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use fixmyschema.com, why, and the choices you have.

The URL you submit, or the HTML you paste if you use the paste option.

Data we read from that public page: the structured data (schema markup) it contains, the issues we detect, and visible page facts we use to build corrected code (such as business name, address, phone number, and links that appear on the page). We store this as a scan record, along with any corrected code we generate.

Your IP address, which we use to enforce free-scan rate limits and to protect the service from abuse. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs.

Your email address and the site you subscribed for.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive identifiers for your Stripe customer and subscription and the subscription status; we never see or store your full card number.

Snapshots of your site's structured data from our monthly scans, so we can detect and alert you to changes (drift).

To run scans, generate and validate corrected code, deliver it to you on screen and by email, run monthly hygiene scans and drift alerts, process your subscription, respond to you, and keep the service secure. We send service emails (fix delivery, receipts, monthly reports, alerts). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI model used to draft corrected schema from the page data described above), and ScrapingBee (fetches a JavaScript-rendered copy of a page when the initial HTML has no structured data). Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.

We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first.

We keep scan records and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; some records (for example, payment records Stripe must retain) may be kept where the law requires.

You can cancel your subscription in one click from the billing portal link on the FAQ page or in any receipt. You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

FixMySchema is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date below, and for material changes we will notify subscribers by email.
